At the start time, the Organizer will start the recoring and then transfer screen share to the Host
The Host will have the Get started Slide queued up
As soon as the Organizer transfers the control to the Host, the Host will start the meeting by welcoming everyone to the Broadcast (CREATE SOME EXCITMENT) and then the Host will say, before we get into our presentation, let's do our disclaimer (45 sec)
The Host clicks on the Short Disclaimer link and plays the short version of the Disclaimer. (30 sec)
After the Disclaimer video is done, the Host will click on the Get rid of distractions link
The Host will read the text on the page. (45 sec)
As soon as the Host is done with the housekeeping, the Host will click on the Bio Slide
As soon as the Organizer pastes the Registration links in the chat box, the Host will click the Close slide.
The Host will read the text on the Close slide page (1 min)
As soon as the Host is done reading the Close Slide, the Host will click The Final Disclaimer slide.
The Host will tell the prosepects to take the time to read the whole disclaimer and only proceed after they agree with the full disclaimer. The Host will also tell the prospects that they will post in the chat a link to the full disclaimer that they can read at their leisure. (45 seconds)

The Organizer will leave the Final Disclaimer page up for 15 seconds so people can get the Registration links for the next events and copy the full disclaimer link. (15 seconds)
