Outline for doing a Prfessional Meeting.

The Organizer should open the room up 30 minutes prior to the meeting starting and the Panelists should show up at least 15 minutes early to do a sound and screen share check.

The Organizer should share pre-meeting slide: as soon as the room is open

Set Zoom to share computer sound

Play background music on a low level during the pre-meeting. CLICK HERE for Selection #1 or CLICK HERE for Selection #2 of music stream for background music.
(Make sure you open your volume mixer and turn the volume down for the background music to a low level.)

We always start right on time.
At the start time, the Organizer will start the recoring and then transfer screen share to the Host

The Host will have the Get started Slide queued up

As soon as the Organizer transfers the control to the Host, the Host will start the meeting by welcoming everyone to the Broadcast (CREATE SOME EXCITMENT) and then the Host will say, before we get into our presentation, let's do our disclaimer (45 sec)

The Host clicks on the Short Disclaimer link and plays the short version of the Disclaimer. (30 sec)

After the Disclaimer video is done, the Host will click on the Get rid of distractions link

The Host will read the text on the page. (45 sec)

As soon as the Host is done with the housekeeping, the Host will click on the Bio Slide

The Host will read the Speaker intro (1min)

IF WE HAVE A LIVE PRESENTER
As soon as the Host is done with the bio, the Host stops the screen share and the Presenter takes it over and does the Presentation. (35 min)

As the Speaker is presenting, the Host queues up the Type Of Concumer slide.

As soon as the Speaker is done presenting, the Speaker releases the screen share and the Host takes the screen share back with the Type of Concumer slide visable. (go to)

IF WE ARE DOING A RECORDED PRESENTATION
As soon as the Host is done with the bio, the Host clicks on the presentation link, and then plays the recorded presentation, stopping it before the Disclaimer portion. (33 min)

As soon as the recorded presentation is done, the Host clicks on the Type Of Concumer slide. (go to)

(go to) The Host will read the text on the Type of Consumer page. (1 min 30 seconds)

As soon as the Host is done reading the text on the page, the Host will click the Trade Log link

The Host will read the text on the first slide before they play the video. (1 min)
and then plays the Trade log video, stopping it before the disclaimer portion. (2 min)

The Host will read the text on the Call to Action page. (1 min)
When the Host is done reading the text on the CTA page, the Host will click the Q&A link

The Host will read the text on the Q&A page. (2 min)

When the Host is done reading the text on the Q&Apage, the Host will click the Another question link

The Host will read the text on the another question page. (1 min)

When the Host is done reading the text on the Another question page, the Host will click the Referral link and then plays the Referral Rewards video (1 min)

As soon as the Host finishes playing the Referral Rewars video, the Organizer puts up the See It Again slide.

The Host will read the text on the See it again page. (3 min)

The Organizer will paste the Registration links in the chat box after the Host reads the See it again page.

As soon as the Organizer pastes the Registration links in the chat box, the Host will click the Close slide.

The Host will read the text on the Close slide page (1 min)

As soon as the Host is done reading the Close Slide, the Host will click The Final Disclaimer slide.

The Host will tell the prosepects to take the time to read the whole disclaimer and only proceed after they agree with the full disclaimer. The Host will also tell the prospects that they will post in the chat a link to the full disclaimer that they can read at their leisure. (45 seconds)

The Organizer will leave the Final Disclaimer page up for 15 seconds so people can get the Registration links for the next events and copy the full disclaimer link. (15 seconds)

Total Meeting Time - 50 minutes

The end result of this presentation is to get people to the next meeting.
